So they other night i rented Julie and Julia. Of course i rented it while BJ was at work. Anyways, i love to bake, but lack in the cooking department. So after watching this movie i have to decided to get my hands on "mastering the art of French cooking" by Julia Child, and challenge myself to be a better cook. i love cookbooks and in fact they are my favorite books to buy. so if anyone comes across a copy of this book and its reasonably priced please let me know.
So Hayden has been a little stinker, and BJ and i are not sure what to do about his behavior. i find myself getting way stressed over how he acts. I'm sure we are to blame!! So today i broke down and bought some Love and Logic parenting books. I'm sure his behavior is normal, but i would like to learn how to handle the situations better.
Ella is crawling now, so watch out world!! She is a very happy baby, and loves to be near her big brother. Hayden can really get her laughing.
BJ has passed his instructor coordinator test!!! i have never seen him study so hard, and it all paid off. He and two of his buddies are starting a home improvement rotation. 1 day a month they will take turns working on each other's homes. Not sure what project we are going to finish but i can't wait to find out.
Last but not least, we finally took some pics of our new dog Maggie, this was my favorite one.

You will LOVE the Love and Logic books. They are the best I've ever seen for parenting while keeping your cool.
Good luck with the cooking. The whole thing with the duck in Julie and Julia scared me away from ever trying, but you are much braver than I. I wish we lived closer so I could sample your attempts!
glad to hear your alive and well. You should get 1 2 3 Magic. It's the parenting book I got when Taegen was having a hard time. I LOVE it. I Actually just re-read it beause Kyler is starting his hard times.

Ok, your family is so darn cute Nicole! And, I know why Hayden is a stinker. He's the worst age......age 3! Seriously I don't know what it is, but 3 year olds are HARD! Just endure, I'm sure you're doing great. I kid you not, 4 is magical, they almost change overnight! Miss you all! Love yoU!
